Police are searching for the person responsible for a theft at a Walmart in Suffolk County in May.
A man stole a crossbow from the store located on Old Country Road in Riverhead, police say.
The incident happened around 8:30 p.m. on May 20.
The item taken is worth approximately $300.
Riverhead Town Police have released a surveillance photo of the man and are asking for the public’s help to find him.
Anyone with information can contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers to submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS.
A cash reward is available for details that help lead to an arrest.
