A big change for businesses could be coming to a small New Jersey town.

Collingswood is one of a handful of dry towns in the state, a rule that has been in place for over a century.

But now, local leaders are in talks to allow some restaurants to buy a liquor license.

Officials will need to produce a plan by August to get the vote on the ballot in November.
