A Queens man has been arrested after scamming a Nassau County senior out of $40,000.

According to police, Junkai Chen met the 73-year-old in a parking lot in Baldwin last June, where cash was exchanged.

Police say Chen called the victim and convinced him that his bank account and social security number had been compromised.
