Babylon branch service on the Long Island Railroad is experiencing delays due to an earlier PSEG power outage near Rockville Centre.
Officials say the delays average around 30 to 35 minutes.
The MTA released the following scheduling information:
Westbound:
- The 6:28am train from Babylon to Penn Station is operating 15-20 minutes late.
- The 6:15am train from Wantagh to Penn Station is operating 30-35 minutes late.
- The 6:15am train from Babylon to Grand Central is operating 15-20 minutes late.
- The 6:03am train from Babylon to Penn Station is operating 20-25 minutes late.
- The 5:56am train from Wantagh to Grand Central is operating 30-35 minutes late.
- The 5:45am train from Babylon to Grand Central is operating 30-35 minutes late.
Eastbound:
- The 5:40am train from Penn Station to Babylon is operating 25-30 minutes late.
