“Your habits today protect your memories tomorrow,” is the message from students at Indian Hill High School in Bergen County.

The student-produced public service announcement shows how bad habits can lead to Alzheimer’s. The PSA shows teenagers drinking and eating junk food.

The implication is that it could impact one’s brain health in their later years.

The PSA took first place at a recent health leadership conference in New Jersey that urged lifestyle changes.
