Massapequa beat Syosset 13-5 on Wednesday to win the Class A Nassau County girls lacrosse championship.

Savanna Appleton led the Chiefs with four goals and four assists.

Ava Macri added three goals.

Massapequa improves to 15-3.

It moves on to the LI Championship game which will be played June 7 at Stony Brook University.

The Chiefs have not lost to a Class A team all season.
